This luxury kitchen design for a custom house in North Vancouver, BC, reflects a harmonious blend of modernity and the timeless elegance of European-inspired interiors. Drawing inspiration from the sophistication of French classic design, we have revived classic elements while embracing contemporary functionality. We like to call this concept "Reve Classique." It represents a dream of returning to the detailed elegance of classic designs, reimagined with a modern character that meets today’s needs.

The space seamlessly blends bespoke craftsmanship with thoughtful details to create an inviting yet highly practical area for culinary endeavours and social gatherings. At the heart of the design is the interplay of rich textures and elegant materials. The chevron-patterned flooring evokes the timeless charm of French châteaux, while the cabinetry's blend of matte black and warm wood tones adds a modern edge. The marble surfaces, with their intricate veining, lend a luxurious and timeless quality, serving as both a visual centrepiece and a practical workspace. The island, with its bold slab-fronted design, anchors the room and provides ample space for both food preparation and casual dining.
